Frequently Asked Questions:

APP:

  • How can I download the App? Android vs iPhone
    • Search and Download “eventScribe” app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
    • Find your event app by searching “2018 Interagency Meeting”.
  • Do I need wifi to access the App?
    • Wifi or Data is needed to download the app. Initial setup including the download of the slides also requires Wifi or Data as well.
    • After the installation, Wifi or Data is not needed

Conference Slides:

  • How can I purchase access to the slides?
  • I purchased access to the conference slides, how can I access them?
    • Email will come from Cadmium. Please check your spam/junk folder. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please connect with the registration team to resend you your access credentials at register@interagencyconferencetbi.org
  • If I purchased access to the slides, how long do I have access?
    • You will have access to your slides for one year via the app. You can always download the slides and store them in your personal hard drive.
  • I don’t see the presentation I am looking for—did all presenters make their slides available?
    • All presenters are required to upload their slides. Some presenters may not have yet uploaded their slides until the day of the presentations.
  • I lost my password, how do I reset it?
    • Come to the registration desk, and we will help you. You can also email kpich@acrm.org, there is also a feature “lost password” in the app as well.
  • The slides in the online access is different than the ones presented, how do I get the latest slides? When can I expect to see the latest version updated online?
    • Presenters may update their slides before the presentation. All updated slides should be available after the conference.

Certification:

  • How can I get a certificate of attendance?
    • Contact Kim Ruff at +1.217.502.1312 or kruff@firminc.com for Certificate of Attendance.
  • How can I get my CME/CEU?
    • Credit is only given to attendees who successfully complete and evaluate the courses they attend. At the beginning of the conference you will receive an email with a link to the evaluation system. You can evaluate as you go by clicking on NEXT to save your responses or complete the evaluation all at once after the conference. After you have completed the evaluation, an email will automatically be generated to you. In that email, you will be able to click on the link and print your certificate. Contact Kim Ruff at +1.217.502.1312 or kruff@firminc.com with questions. The evaluation system will close 30 days after the date of the conference. There is a processing fee of $99 pre-conference and $149 onsite.
  • I have specific questions about CME/CEU, who can I talk to about this?
    • Kim Ruff will answer all CME/CEU Questions. Contact Kim Ruff at +1.217.502.1312 or kruff@firminc.com. You will be at the speaker ready room during the conference. The speaker ready room is called Fairchild.
  • Can I complete course evaluations throughout the conference or do I have to wait until the end of the conference?
    • Course Evaluation can be completed throughout the conference. At the beginning of the conference you will receive an email with a link to the evaluation system.

Poster Setup:

  • Set up time?
    • Sunday June 10th, 2018 from 1 PM to 5 PM. Pushpins for mounting will be provided.
  • Break down time? *make sure to note that if posters aren’t collected by X date and time posters will be destroyed.
    • Wednesday, June 13th, 2018 from 8:15 AM to 12:00PM. Posters that are not picked up by 1 PM will be removed and disposed of by staff
  • Mandatory times to be manning my poster?
    • Monday, June 11th, 2018 from 12:15 PM – 01:00 PM
    • Monday, June 11th, 2018 from 05:15 PM – 06:00 PM
    • Tuesday, June 12th, 2018 from 06:00 PM – 06:45 PM
  • Is my abstract going to be published anywhere?
    • Abstract will be published in the Archive of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in the November issue.
  • How do I know where to hang my poster?
    • All poster will be on the International Terrace Foyer. There will be a poster directory

  • Is there a speaker ready room?
    • Yes, there will be a speaker ready room, Fairchild is the speaker ready room.
  • Is there someone in the speaker ready room to help me?
    • Someone from our meetings team will be available to help you during the hours

      • I have new slides to update since I last uploaded, what should I do?
      • I am only attending to presenting my talk, why do I need to pay a registration fee?
        • All presenter is required to pay to present/attend the conference
      • When and how can I get attendee evaluations of my talk?
      • My name is spelled wrong in the online program, how can I get this fixed?

General:

  • What if I lost my badge?
    • There is a fee of $100 to replace lost/stolen badges. Please come to the registration desk.
  • Where can I get food?
    • There are many options at the lobby level, click here for more information.
  • Emergency contact information?
    • If it is a life threatening emergency, call 911. If there is an onsite non-emergency issue, please see the registration team
  • Is there a job board?
    • There is an announcement board next to the registration booth.
  • How can I connect with other attendees?
    • There is a feature in the conference app. Attendees can connect with each other in the app
  • How can I give feedback on my experience?

  • What are the registration desk hours?
    • Sunday 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm
